Senior Sales Representative (Shop 9000 and VOX Wireless)

We are currently looking for a Senior Sales Representative to join our Alberta team to grow our sales of both our ERP “Visual Manufacturing” software and “Microsoft CRM”. Shop9000 is the exclusive provider of Visual Manufacturing Software. It is widely recognized as the fastest growing privately held software company in Canada and is considered leading edge in terms of .Net technology and marketing infrastructure. Vox Wireless, a member of the Shop9000 group, implements Microsoft CRM software and was recently named Microsoft’s CRM worldwide Partner of the Year.

Major Responsibilities: The successful candidate’s will be responsible for the entire sales process (excluding lead generation). This role is ideal for an individual who is passionate about selling and has a proven history of sales success, along with the ability to coordinate multiple sales support resources over several active sales cycles. (We already have established leads and lead generation programs, trained pre-sales support, sales collateral, many references, and local support).

Major Responsibilities are as follows:

• Lead monthly prospect seminars for both VOX and Shop9000 prospects
• Perform onsite qualification meetings with prospects
• Coordinate onsite customer presentations with pre-sales team
• Answer prospect objections during the sales cycle
• Quote presentations and close sales
• The monthly split of the role is 65% onsite with prospects and 35% on phone, qualifying and moving prospects through the sales cycle.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years of experience selling high end technical products with a proven history of being a top sales performer
• Proficiency on Microsoft office products and a strong technical aptitude.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to work both independently and as a team.
• Must have a car and are able to work at a variety of prospect sites in Alberta (mainly Edmonton and Calgary).
• University degree or equivalent experience.

Based out of your home, we will provide all necessary office equipment, technical services, and training and will reimburse you for all travel expenses. You will be placed in a 3- month training program and assigned a mentor (senior sales rep.) during the initial months.

Compensation includes base salary and commission. Ideal start date is November, 2006.

(Data) Systems Integrated Consultant (VOX Wireless)

VOX Wireless, Microsoft’s Worldwide CRM Partner of the Year, sells and supports MS CRM software nationally. It is a member of the Shop9000 group, widely recognized as the fastest growing privately held software company in Canada and is considered leading edge in terms of .Net technology and marketing infrastructure. Due to expansion, we are looking for a Data Consultant to join our Enterprise consulting team.

Major Responsibilities: Your role will be to successfully implement complex data solutions supporting our CRM Enterprise implementations. Specifically, your role will be to:

• Project manage the data portion of the CRM implementation by defining the data requirements, timelines and tools necessary on each project and develop and implement the project plan to support it including delegating project tasks to other team members
• Liaison with the customer to develop and manage data migration strategies and successfully manage the data aspects of projects
• • Perform systems integrations, data migrations and upgrades as well as data mapping

Qualifications:

• Experience in database migration, cleansing and maintenance in Enterprise environments
• Development experience including SQL skills, Visual Studio and Jscript
• Previous consulting experience within a fast paced environment
• Self starter who is creative, tenacious and enjoys problem solving
• An ability to build and maintain positive client and peer relationships

ERP Technical Consultant

Shop9000 (exclusive provider of Visual Manufacturing Software) is widely recognized as the fastest growing privately held software company in Canada and is considered leading edge in terms of technology and marketing infrastructure.

Due to expansion, we are looking for a Technical Consultant to join our team. Your primary responsibilities are to provide consulting, installation, training and technical support to Shop 9000 customers.

The ideal candidate has the following background:

• University degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 3-5 years direct experience in the design, configuration and management of a LAN / Server environment, with a working knowledge of WAN and remote communications.
• MCSE, certified on Windows 2003 and Windows 2000
• Experienced in,
• The installation, tuning and management of SQL Server 2005 / 2000.
• The management and setup of Exchange 2003 / 2000, and configuration of local and remote mail clients.

Business Systems Consultant

Shop 9000 is looking for individuals to provide training to our customers, employees and partners on the use of our business systems, both in Shop 9000 classrooms and on customers' sites. You will receive extensive product training as well as training on the latest in instructional techniques. Prior training experience is not required but you must have a strong manufacturing background. We are looking for strong experience as a manufacturing systems user within a certain area (manufacturing, finance, technical, MRP, logistics, and scheduling).

You should have extensive experience in a manufacturing environment, a BS/BA or equivalent, MBA/MS Ed is a plus. Strong communication and presentation skills are mandatory. Shop 9000 is looking for manufacturing trainers effective at interfacing with senior management. You will apply top-notch manufacturing skills and experience with specialized product knowledge to successfully handle key multiple and complex implementations. You must be able to utilize various resources to resolve client concerns and ensure satisfaction. You will effectively train clients on how to use VISUAL Manufacturing Software.

You must be an excellent communicator, have 5-10 years' manufacturing experience, and at a minimum a 3-year technical degree or diploma. Computer aptitude is a definitive asset.

Financial Consultant

Effective at interfacing with senior management, you will apply top-notch financial and accounting skills and specialized product knowledge to successfully handle key multiple and complex implementations. Able to utilize various resources to resolve client concerns and ensures satisfaction. You will provide oversight to implementing and training manufacturers on how to effectively use ERP based solutions from a financial and accounting perspective.

A superb communicator, you have 5-10 years' financial or accounting experience, 3+ years' manufacturing industry related background, and a 4-year business and some technical experience. Previous experience with ERP based solutions in a manufacturing environment is a definitive asset.
