Infor’s Product Strategy
The Infor ERP VISUAL Strategy continues to be multi-faceted, enabling current and prospective VISUAL customers to protect their investment in their business application solution on many levels. This includes making incremental enhancements to VISUAL, added new capabilities, and keeping pace with the ever change technology landscape. This product strategy is expressed as Augment, Add to, and Advance, and as the main tenants of the strategy is intended to keep VISUAL and your organization competitive.

Shop9000 is evolving to Shop ISM
As for Shop9000, you will notice a change in our logo to Shop ISM. ISM stands for “Integrated Solutions Model”, The Integrated Solutions Model is designed to ensure that 100% of your employees, including sales, marketing, customer service, accounting, plant operations, engineering, shipping, executive management, and human resources have access to the information they need to do their jobs.
